INFORMATION:

Possibly doubled in length to a normal Robins type.
History : November 1940 & RAF Netheravon & Upavon start to use the flying ground for circuit training. By 1943 Upavon & Netheravon stopped using it as RAF Boscombe Down needed its airspace. By 1941 and production of Spitfires in Salisbury had increased and an assembly & flight testing area was needed and High Post filled the need.
