INFORMATION:

On revisiting the Battle HQ for another walk we found several more items. First set into a Tumulus dated from around the Bronze Age, is this Lewis Gun antiaircraft emplacement and a protective slit trench covering the valley and more trenches up the hill covering the rear.

To take photos of trenches is very difficult so a lot of imagination is needed.
