Most of the defences along this part of the coast were prefaced with StP (Stützpunkt) where as in other areas they would be Wn's (Widerstandsnest).

The track is the centre line between StP Moritz and StP Max.

Details

You can see that the anti-tank wall closed off the track.
Besides the defence troops, there would be a section from the support artillery batterie and a Luftwaffe section to watch for Allied planes coming and going to inform Luftwaffe command in their bunkers inland.
