INFORMATION:
The bomb Store is about half the size of most bomber class airfields. It has two bays where as RAF Davidstow has the usual four.

If you follow the path through the store (the dotted line on the plan) it will take you to the head of the east/west runway. It makes a very good walk.

The Depth charges came from RAF Chilmark, a quarry in Wiltshire where the RAF had a large bomb storage unit. It has now been sold off and is in private hands and used for, we hope none warlike work.
