RAF Honeybourne due east of Evesham Worcestershire.
History: although sold off in 1946 the site is very well preserved.
Opened in 1941, a design still using the layout of the RAF expansion period of the 1930's but starting to change with new hangars located together in an semi-circle and with the technical site behind. Then the accommodation sites were dispersed to the SE.

RAF Honeybourne was designed a a training station for Bomber Command and was the home of 24 OTU (Operational Training Unit) from 1942 to 1945.
