INFORMATION:

D10 to D12 all located along the main A35 with easy access to Weymouth. Winterbourne Abbas had a medical supply unit I think where the petrol station now is located.

Used in the spring of 1944 as a "marshalling area" for soldiers going to France for D-day and then reused as POW camps afterwards.
