INFORMATION:

A 32 man sleeping shelter set back into the hedgerow.

History : it became a satellite for RAF Tangmere just 2.5miles away. The 7th May 1941 saw its first fighter squadron arrive with No.145 only to be replaced in July by No.41. Both flew Spitfires.
