Around this area are the remains of fighter pens, hard to see but the road layout gives them away.


Above : red extant buildings, also there was a fighter pen from the early days of the airfield, the
perimeter track and an aircraft spectacle dispersal from the later period. All now removed. The type were 11070/41.
