Motor transport workshops, but not for long!

History : 1940 came the Battle of Britain which Tangmere took a major part in it. Squadrons came and went throughout the battle. When exhausted they would be withdrawn north to quieter stations. Also in 1940 SOE started using Lysanders to deliver and collect agents from occupied France.
