On finding this entrance down the stairs and to the right, we thought we had stumbled upon a large control room. But alas it was just a small, almost cupboard of a room, so there must be another entrance somewhere.

Also inset: a manhole for water supply. Large amounts of water were used to wash down the corrosive materials used to fuel the steam generator.
