Part of the beach defences today being used as another fence post like so many along here.
Assembling Rommel's Asparagus. There are wires set into the concrete to tie in to the next piece and then when all are tied I think a coat of cement was placed in the joint to seal it off.

A well made ammunition bunker with double opening doors of a style I have no details of yet. A steel frame acts as the door frame and two hinges each side.

The second room, all these rooms have lamp recesses in the wall to allow light inside the bunker. Lamps could be batterie electric or carbide another type used extensively.

There was a fan to suck out the foul gases from the gun room and pump it out the back.
