I use Alain Chazettes books a lot and RELIKTE, Alains book just states its name and RELIKTE say, R621 and two small unterstands. Rolf only mentions it was there?
1 x R612 casemate.
2 x Unterstands?
1 x F.K. Field Kannon.

IGNF 1946 showing the defence of the area just two years after it had been liberated. The barbed wire defence is still there but no beach defences.
The R612 showing the way the sand was used to camouflage the bunker.
This is he beach opposite St Cecile and shows the beach defences. (I have enhanced the posts to show up).

The rear view and the large flanking walls of this bunker. Looking at old pictures of the area. Most of the casemates have two large flanking walls, front and rear like this one. The gun that would have been used was a Field Kannon of 7.5cm to maybe 10.0cm. Usually the F.K.235(b), a captured Belgian 75mm was the used a lot on the Atlantikwall.

The rear and entrance. The cannon would be pushed inside from here and through to the far end, the gun room.
The guns would have come from a horse artillery company, the horses either removed or were used to bring supplies up the the bunkers and troops on the beach.

Usually the steel ladder rungs are quite substantial, but these look thinner. But they seem to have held up well against the elements.

The two ammunition niches. These held ready ammunition, shell on one side and powder cases on the other, or if it was a more modern gun. Then the complete shell and case would be in one piece.

7.62cm shell and separate case.
7.5cm full shell and case in one.
